The Better Mobility Guide
Comng soon…
Welcome to the Better Mobility Guide online video library. A guide to a healthier body.
First we start with the basics. The Element Series.
After actively competing in sports for many years, studying sports science, massage, trigger point therapy, working through a broad range of injuries, and as a Yoga teacher helping people obtain better mobility, I have put together a series of postures that I feel works the best for all body types and ages.
The Element Series is broken down into three options allowing for time, along with a series of guided video’s on each main area of the body to work through, breaking down each movement pattern with tuturials on how to stretch and strengthen the body correctly.
As an Ashtanga Yoga teacher i feel the Ashtanga system should be taught in person, and students progression should be guided closely as they progress through the system.
The Element series is constructed so it can be practiced and learnt online, for anyone struggling with mobility, for those who want a greater range of motion, and for Yoga practitioners to explore or have as a supportive sequence to thier Ashtanaga Yoga practice.
Element: Straightforward - Basic - Fundamental - Essential.
Whether you are a Yoga practitioner, athlete, office worker, mums and dads, or anyone new to movement practices that would like to feel better in their body, the Element Series is an excellent place to start.
My goal is to help enable you to keep doing the things you love with less pain, and better moblity.
