How to breathe
Coming soon…
Would you like to learn how to breathe fully?
Not many of us are taught how to breathe and a lot of us breathe incorrectlly, shallow, through our mouth without utilising the fullness of our diaphragm.
There are many advantages to being able to breathe fully.
Reduced stress and lowers cortisone levels, improved sleep, a calmer and clearer mind, more oxygen and increased red blood cells in our body, more space and openess around our chest and rib cage and a better ability to perform in our every day hobbies and sports to name but a few.
I have had a meditation and pranayama practice for over 15 years and have put together a progressive course to teach you how to breathe better and to cultivate your own breathing practices you can learn at home.
