As i have learnt and continue to learn various movement styles and principle's along side my Ashtanga practice, i like to incorporate these into my teachings to offer a greater understanding of mobility, body mechanics and bodily awareness.


To compliment the Ashtanga Yoga system i work one on one with people individually in a more therapeutic way creating specific sequences for injury prevention and rehabilitation. These sessions can be almost seen as physical therapy in essence, tailoring movements for the individuals needs.
